Rooted in Growth
Inspired by the resilience of the wild plum blossom, which blooms courageously through harsh and changing seasons, Wild Plum Yoga reflects our practice's focus on adapting, restoring, and steadying ourselves amidst life's demands. Just as the plum blossom quietly perseveres through cold winters to bloom anew, our body-centered movement helps you find steady ground, release stress, and cultivate inner resilience no matter what season of life you are navigating.

In dedication to our community, Wild Plum Yoga offers free classes to survivors of trauma and domestic violence, ensuring grounded, restorative practices remain accessible to everyone.
About Leah
Turning personal healing into a mission.
Yoga entered my life at a time when I was searching for a deeper sense of self while navigating the quiet yet heavy weight of generational covert trauma. What began as a simple desire to find some steady ground grew into a transformative practice—one that helped me unravel old patterns, soften my inner dialogue, and reconnect with my essence.
Â
Today, as a yoga teacher, I dedicate this work to supporting anyone seeking steadiness, empowerment, and a return to wholeness. My classes are grounded, inclusive, and accessible for all experience levels, blending gentle movement, conscious breathwork, and compassionate space. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and my intention is always to help you feel safe, seen, and deeply supported wherever you are on your journey.
